Re: Yamaha Customer Service
I just called Yamaha again. It was only 3 minutes 15 seconds of waiting time before I got a real person who was more than willing to help me (yes, I actually timed it). She offered to fax me the specs asap, send me a brochure, and she answered any immediate questions I had.

I notified her of the problem you are having with their web site. She checked (while I was on hold) and verified the problem. She said she would contact someone about it. She mentioned that the 2005 F9.9 specs are on the web site, and there is very little difference between that outboard and the 2005 T9.9, with the exception of shaft length, gear ratio, and a few other minor details.

Seems like good service to me.
