I don't fish.

I just drag my tackle around the lakes cleaning it.

Once in a blue moon my washing get's interrupted by one of those pesky things trying to eat it, but that happens so rarely it's hardly worth commenting on.

But at least my tackle is clean.

After I read this I wondered if that's what Tackelwasher meant. Now we know.

I use to go drinking I mean fishing with a guy (Big John)that would push you out of the boat if you caught a fish.

SEAN-N?S is Irish meaning "OLD STYLE" like the boat,and because my dad's name was SEAN and I built the boat in his memory.

Just used my bike forum name(this was the first boat site I joined and I have no imagination).I'm on my 5th Goldwing and when I took my first one to show my buddy he called it the Fatwing.Name kind of stuck with me over the years,so I use that and my first name.


P.S. I now use CVX20SPRINT(my new to me old boat)on other forums.Guess I should change it here also.

I have a good bud from England and being that I'm Irish we've always had this rivalry going. When the movie "wedding crashers" came out he started calling me Seamus O'toole....well it stuck and noone calls me Brian anymore. I spell it Shamus on forums because you'll never guess how many people ask me what Sea-mus means........

I was on another forum trying to learn a new skill and after too many stupid questions one poster commented that I really had no clue what I was doing. NoKlu was born.

Canadian french backcountry slang name for pecheur (fisherman) Mainly used for joking around among fishermen.

I signed up with drifter that is what I use on other forums. But I did the sign in wrong and they used my initials instead did not know how to change. I think our family did this on purpose my brothers are GAS and my first cousine's are was.

It's musician slang. Guitarist (axeslinger) born in 1957. I've had the handle a lot longer than I've had the boat.

We have a small party spot over here called Grass Island. Every weekend I was usually one of the first boats on the hook. As other boats came in, I was there to guide them in to a spot and help them raft up or drop anchor. After a few years of doing that I was nicknamed "The_Mayor" of Grass Island.

I got an email address in High School, and this has been my handle ever since. Shep is the beginning of my last name. 247 comes from my Long Jump personal best at the time of the handle's creation (24' 7").
Now its 10 years later, and that record no longer stands, so I just say it means "all day, every day".

That's a good jump, I was a triple jumper myself. For some reason I was a great triple jumper (around 44') but a horrible long jumper (maybe 20', not sure if I even did that)
