I can't believe someone can be this stupid.

My question is how did the scumbags get a ".org" website. I thought that was reserved for non-profit organizations.
On one hand, that sucks. I hate to see anyone get taken for a wad of cash.
On the other hand, that's kinda like financial Darwinism. That particular boat, for $1600? Money wired to someone in the UK? C'mon now. . .this guy is $1600 poorer because he deserves to be.
I have been thinking to myself that as many scams as I see on craigslist similar to that one, there has to be some takers. Seems that they're so obvious noone would fall for 'em. Most of the time the kicker is that they don't list a phone number and won't accept cash. Pretty obvious there's a sardine aroma when someone doesn't want cash and doesn't want you to come get the boat or truck or whatever.
What a shame those thieves get away with it and do it so flagrantly.

The ironic thing is, I got a title with my boat, but they won't let me register it without a notarized bill of sale (they couldn't care less that I have a title). It's laws like these that confuse people like that and allow theives to take advantage of them.
