YesAre they the sierra kit?
Certainly valid. Don't know how often the bellows fail without warning--I inspect mine fairly frequently. Replaced with OEM when I first got the boat since I think they were likely 20+ years original (remember talking with a smug dealer who was convinced that it was beyond the abilities of a first time DIYer...). Replaced 4 years ago as maintenance; OEM still looked new. Not going to replace again until I see some signs of wear. My boat is definitely not "set it and forget it". Just removed a brand new looking sierra impeller as well. Not sure how old it was, at least a couple of seasons. Using QS for a replacement, as it was cheaper than the Sierra. Going to wait 3 years for the next change.Too many reports of problems with intallation and longevity of non-OEM bellows for me to even consider them. Changing the bellows is a major pain in the backside and I don't want to do it any more than absolutely necessary. If it costs me a couple hundred extra bucks, it's more than worth it. (Added to that is the catastrophic downside of having your bellows fail while on the water. I'll pass on that, thank you.)
