Idle speed is set in Gear, under load, and is generally 600rpm, give or take 50rpm. 1100 in Neutral, will do a lot of Damage to the Clutch Dog, and Gears.
Do you have the correct Factory Service Manual for the Motor? If not, get one. It will have the correct Specs and the process of the Link and Sync.
The Carbs are both fully closed at Idle?

A 2 stroke in good condition will idle at 700 RPM all day long.=====Post the actual compression values here.

I don’t want to jump all over the place on this topic . But can someone post a picture or the book number that should be using. So I have a fuel water separator just before the motor. Gas is fresh . I am scratching my head a lot . I will post compression numbers

Yeah, I run 750 RPM's in gear, on the water underload....in the backyard on muffs I'm at 1100. Not sure how the others can be so low but that's been my experience. If your compression is fine than I'm guessing you still didn't get your carbs clean enough. When the carbs were off the motor, did you prove that the 3 tini wini holes in the top of the carb throat are clear? I puddle carb cleaner there and make sure they can drain into them. Welch plugs removed and it's easy to tell.

There is 120 both cylinders here are the books one is a parts book

The other thing I did tonight was I took off the fuel pump and just bypassed it to the carb manifold. And it ran again , ran like ****. Air screws on carbs are out 5 turns . At 3 or 3.5 or 4 or 4.5. Won’t run start die. I have rebuilt carbs . But what do you think , buy new carb kits OEM and see ???

So it won’t start again according to the timing light and the marks on the fly wheel , it is in time . I have spark continually while cranking . I have replaced gas lines connectors , squeeze ball is hard . So I don’t know what else to do . I have posted a lot of infor
Action so people who know this motor should be able to give me an idea where to look . See if it is something I missed . I followed the book . But not a lot of help from here it like this thread got long and complicated . I will continue to try to fix it . If I do I will be more then happy to post my findings and results to this solution. I feel we all could use a little help. Let’s make it a better place .
Thank you all who did offer info.

Dale
