Sounds like your looking for a 23ft to 26ft "Pocket Cruiser " . With 300hp they run well. The photo is poor but many this size have a small crawl into "aft cabin" for sleeping.

I have done it too many times. in my old LoneStar it would take 45 min before water appeared flowing up thru the rear floor drains. it was a install from the inside bung plug. no big deal.:cold:

Those are beach launches/ retrievals in Alaska. may be to beat a incomming swell. They use big tire earth mover tractors in Anchor Point,AK

in 1996 mine had a Mercruiser 454 with the Bravo III along with a new transom. I owned it for only a few years after it was repowerd , did not own it with the original 350/260hp .

Have you ever priced a new outboard? No need for quick cash, I just needed to get rid of it.
It was the 3rd boat and had not used in a few years. I offerd to give it away but did not have any takers and ran outta time & space.

$9000 on a 1994 brand new 115 Evinrude with controls-steering, prop,& install.
$500 on used pontoon boat trailer
rebuilt transom- replace floors a couple times & interior. Re carpet a couple times it adds up quick plus a new used powerhead on the original motor...

No work for me-this week anyways. 3 weeks vacation to burn before end of year. Here on our lake there is plenty of room, lots of open ,empty places, no one in the way. It can be fun to hang out with friends and enjoy the boat(s).Or not.
