Just got home from work and went straight for the dipstick. It was clear of color when I left the dock last night and parked her in the driveway but when I just pulled the dipstick it was cloudy, the more I stuck it in and checked it the clouding it got and its right back to the same milky look...

Small update, bought another new filter and oil before bringing it down to the river and changed the oil again just to get any of the old stuff that might have remained out.
Got to the river and tied her up. Turned the key and battery voltage was showing 10 again and she started but started...
