I could stiffen it with some Ash steam bent at every 6 inch but that’s to long of a project I will only do the 3 that are there for now if i see the need to walk on it I will rib it like the bottom of a river canoe but a hundred pound person could probably walk on it with no problems
I got a 1972 Starcraft Jetstream aluminum and I’m rebuilding it and I’m changing the wooden boards under what I call the front hood ( new to power boats) and I was wondering can we walk on that hood or its no go zone

Looked in the service book it just said reinstall shift lever on cradle with the gear box tip facing down I had it already tip down after a couple of tries I snapped it back in so it was just snap it back in
