    I could stiffen it with some Ash steam bent at every 6 inch but that’s to long of a project I will only do the 3 that are there for now if i see the need to walk on it I will rib it like the bottom of a river canoe but a hundred pound person could probably walk on it with no problems

    The rod is small and slippery easier to pull and get reverse because of the hook shape at the end I will install it in neutral and attaches it to the motor and try it with the shifter see what it does
