2013 - 2016 V8 Mustang vs Camaro? Same prices, I love them both

So I gather you're not a fan of the Mach-e Mustangs? Either one (Camaro or Mustang) I don't get worked up over as...well dime a dozen around here. So many sold they're not unique. Same can be said for the Challenger & Charger. Now offer me a Pontiac Trans Am and that's a different...

    Strengthening the transom?

Quick google search shows its over the other side of the pond. Post from '05 on ybw forum said to pay a few euros for one. I was going to say the skyline in the background of the photos hinted at this being overseas. Supposedly made long, long ago by Volvo...honestly never knew they made...

    91 chap restoration

Age is getting to me...was it Ted or AllDodge who scratch built a swim platform out of fiberglass? Used a foam plug to use for layups. In regards to foam decking...I have SeaDek on my swim platform since 2018. Only have a very small section on the largest panel starting to lift up. Very comfy...

    Boat trailer bunk bracket question

I didn't see that Iboats had anything similar so feel free to delete if needed... https://www.boattrailerparts.com/Set-of-2--Ultimate-Aluminum-and-Stainless-Steel-Swivel-Top-Bunk-Bracket-10-inch-2x2-kit_p_1731.html Might look into something like this to adapt to your setup. Or as mentioned...

    The End

Umm...what ice? More often than not, the water was wide open. I don't think Lake Erie even iced up enough for that...at least not near me... And that's very odd for NY... I even think the St. Lawrence stayed open all last winter w/o help from ice breakers.

    Older Boats

Umm....a lot longer...with a self draining deck...and a dramatically increased budget... Have you watched any of the Haulover Inlet videos on YouTube? It may change your perspective on what you're asking a boat to do...

    The End

I don't think my Honda outboard required it to be up to operating temp to do an oil change either...fwiw. Just an Accord 4cyl on its side. Darn easy to do an oil & filter change on.

    First boat! 1989 Quantum 1800xb Force 125

IF that's the rubrail....you remove the insert first to expose the rivets/screws the factory used to hold the two halves together. Then drill/unscrew everything. The cap may or may not be further bonded inside either by fiberglass or what I'll term "caulk" that would need to be cut.

    2024 NFL/CFB News and Nonsense

Funny story from this weekend... Sitting in Smokey Bones in WNY and of course the Bills game is on. Bills score a couple TD's to take the lead. My two oldest go, crap...the Bills are winning! My wife and I had to tell them not to say it so loud as we're sitting smack dab in Bills country. ;) I...

    Older Boats

You are much braver than I going out in a 12' boat in the ocean. I've been in a 14' boat in 6" chop....and got completely soaked. It wasn't any fun and got me to purchase my very first new boat in my signature...18' Bayliner. I'd keep looking if going out in the ocean on anything but a dead...

    First boat! 1989 Quantum 1800xb Force 125

Granted my information is dated but I'm probably one of the few crazy people here who have re-powered a boat with a brand new outboard. I did it in '00 with the '99 Bayliner in my signature. With the low hour '99 Force 120HP outboard as trade fodder, it still cost me $10k out of pocket for a...
