Imagine, Venezuela has one of the highest oil reserves in the world and is no longer even on the chart! Here in NL we have lots of oil still in the ground but the question is will it ever be developed as Canada has made promises on climate change......
How do you keep the body from rusting on a vehicle that old? The last truck I bought was a 2015 F150 simply because its aluminum and won't rust. Everything I've ever had before that rusted out long before the engine gave out.
Technically true but the Mercruiser was a 1978, carburetor engine that may have been 4 stroke, but was far from fuel efficient. plus the engine and outdrive itself added considerable more weight. I saw a noticeable difference in fuel efficiency with the new setup, very noticeable.
Price went up again last night. It's now 2.00/L CA, thats 5.90/Gal in US dollars. Glad I switched over to a four stroke outboard from that old mercruiser 165 I had. That thing liked gas.....
Anyone ever look at "windy.com"? Its really cool site with numerous layers for wind, waves, swell, temp etc. My brother works on a ship and he said they use it sometimes. And its free!

Yeah, the falling lizards story made it up here to. Seems more weather extremes these days, cold and warm. Part of that might be that we report on it more too, but here where I live, the winters are definitely milder then when I was growing up.
