    Oil light is powered by ignition when oil pressure is below 4 psi or so. I would expect it to flicker when starting.

    If the fuel pump fails, it typically sends fuel into the crankcase. Not the other way around.

    Probably a leaky o-ring on the fuel hose. I am sure it cranks... just doesn't start.

    No idea of speed ratio meaning. avail props 8,9,10,11,12,13 Figure maybe 300 rpm per inch of pitch. Diameter is insignificant.

    I take it this an MFS9.9E. That's EFI. Of course, the fuel line is under suction when running. So the bulb might get soft. Not an issue, and the motor should continue to run OK

    The TPS is fixed. You set the TPS initial setting in the ECU.

    As I mentioned on that other forum, I would expect at least 14v when running. There is a procedure, spelled out in the Factory service manual to set the TPS initial value. If that's wrong, all bets are off. You MUST reset the TPS initial value after replacing it. The FSM for the C model is good...
