    Welcome I have an idea but first, what boat is in pic? There should not be hot water coming out of it while running. It might be a flush port that should be capped off until used. Where does the hose go to on the other side?

    Which other sensors have you swapped? Measure 5V reference voltage on the MAP or TPS What voltages does Techmate show for TPS and MAP? What is your fuel pressure at the rail? Don't think it's the temp sensor right now

    Without a scanner we're feeling around in the dark. If spark was there then starting fluid should have ignited. Your spraying the spark arrestor but just take it off and look through it to see if it's clean Did you ever do the stuff listed in post 15?
