    Thanks Really need to scan the motor for codes, but until then Do you have mechanical or digital controls, I'm assuming mechanical? The running worst as time goes on is showing that as the motor heats up the ECM starts reducing fuel supply like it should. The issue is the motor needs more fuel...

    The amount of fuel or if it was from winterized fuel has no bearing on what happened. It all deals with fuel pressure and the amount of heat

    Thanks Merc part 50-65436 and 50-44369A1 and 50-73521 and a few others are all supersceded part numbers, so there should be no issues

    Fuel pressure is good and you have cool fuel and HVS ignition To verify and temporary fix it, use saftey glasses, a baggie, a rag and small screw driver. The next time it does it, remove the cap off the schrader valve on the fuel rail. Put rag around schrader valve and press on tip a schrader...
