    I would start by checking you battery to see if it's close to 12.7V without it being on a charger for 2 hours. If voltage is good look at connections to see if they are clean and tight edit: changed 13.7 to 12.7

    Welcome Needs some clarification. I looked up 2004 Tuffy Esox boats and the heaviest one was a 20 footer at 1500 LBs. A boat this light should not take a lot to load. Please help us understand the issues?

    ok, than your rebuilt carb idle jets are clogged up. You get fuel when you pump the carb, so you should be able to keep it running if you pump the throttle a little (back and forth) to keep gas going in.

    Did I read you correctly? It will start with pouring gas down the carb but not when fuel squirts from the jets? If that's the case you have bad fuel in the tank

    Using MR43LTS plugs and TBV should be 1995 or later Pump the carb and do you see fuel squirt down throat of carb? Is the fuel filter full of fuel?

    Part number 8M0068784 is the oil pressure sensor, an I'll bet a beer it's not you problem. Those 4 in 1 gauges are crap and don't last.
