    The TBV ignition module has a gray wire (among others) coming from it which goes on the Neg post

    All grounds should be well grounded. Don't know if the bracket were the black wire is connected has a good ground or not. The wire might be for a Mercathode which doesn't look like there is one, What we know Voltage is low There is no spark Need to run through the TBV troubleshooting

    Place a gauge on both motors measuring boost. If you see that the troubled motor boost is lower than the good one, it's either a bad turbo or leak in the hoses If boost is good then look at supercharger to see if it's loose and not producing as much
