    When I stripped mine... saw, air chisel with a 8" wide blade I made, multi-tool and when I got to the sanding part I started real coarse.... 16 grit resin pad. Because I had a bunch. Then stepped up from there. I just had to be SUPER CAREFUL. Trimmed all of the tight areas with a die grinder...

    Do your fillets and all your tabbing at the same time. Your bubble roller will make a good radius and the hard to reach stuff just use finger

    Real nice day to be out. Glass. But still "ground hog day". Still loosing fuel pressure. I have determined its not heat related. I have phenolic spacers on carb and fuel pump. Shielded fuel lines and filter. Engine barely got to 160. Mostly 145-150. Carb, pump and all other fuel related things...

    I didn't use cake piping stuff. I used cheapo gallon zip lock baggies. Filled with pb, twist tight and cut a corner with razor. Adjust bead size by corner cut size

    You can also try throwing an ammeter on the main feed to the boat ( not to high draw starter)

    Throw a pressure Guage on the fuel rail and start checking everything one step at a time. Look At the current reading and compare to factory specs. Then start at the tank and work forward. Do all the free stuff first like checking screens and flow testing. A pressure reading that is high would...

    Verify current with ampmeter and if current is correct and matching guages try fuel regulator. If it's not bypassing causing pump to deadhead the current will go up
