    sounds like the starter has an internal short , it happens with those hi torque starters all the time. I'm not sure if there is a gear drive replacement , if there is that would be the best option .

    looks ok to me , even is good ,those cheap pressure gauges do not always read correctly so the actual numbers don't mean that much so long as they are even as yours are. keep those numbers for reference after a few months run time. ? did you get the vinegar solution done yet.

    if its the one i think you are looking for its 5/16 unf , i dont know why they went imperial on that bolt and the thread in the arm. kind of a strange one because a 14mm ring fits the lock nut perfect, 9/16 is a bit sloppy.

    Stalling when warm

    take off the FA and check if fuel is dripping as you are stopped , the float may be a tad too high, just enough to allow a drip. only a small amount will cause flooding.

    fuel should go to the injectors first then what is not used goes back to the tank , in short >the pressure regulator defines how much fuel goes to the return. if injectors are not spurting fuel then all the fuel gets returned to the tank.

    my bad , i was unaware tb4 had no base timing which could have accounted for an issue i had previously . i would guess that maybe the harmonic balancer may have slipped the rubber and you are getting a bad read. ? can you get the motor to run correctly in another positing .
