    Marine Sea Foam

Over the years I have seen recreational activities designed to be cheap fun on a low budget ( Im thinkin Bucket racing ) that was ruined by people who instead sticking with the plain low budget approach got all serious and threw money in ..... and everyone else never got to get in the top...

Went fishing today ( absolute fn disaster😀 ) and whilst tied up to the jetty contemplating the lack of a pee stream , wet up to my nuts , some scroungy lookin dude with a 50 hp blue band pull started it and as the cloud of blue smoke engulfed me I relished that lovely pong , my depression...

    Nobody fishing?

On the Blue Cod ?.... no . The flesh is delicate and so easy to over cook . I think maybe if you pickled or pressure cooked and preserved it it might soften them a bit , but there are far more suitable ( cheaper ) fish to do that to . If you rip the skin off the fillet , as opposed to slicing...

    Marine Sea Foam

I think its a shame that the guy with the skills and patience enough to catch the best competition winning fish might loose it to some Rose Red with a faster boat . I take it then that everybody is going balls out from all directions at 80mph ,all heading for the same landfall at the same time...

    Marine Sea Foam

Why the hell does a bass boat need to do 60mph let alone 80 ? and need 300hp .Anybody doing those speeds around fishing areas here would get their pedigree read to them back at the ramp . To be fair its a nice looking boat and Im all for horsepower, but on a fishing boat .:)

    daily music fix

Ha Ha I'll go one further and suggest that people who treat fishing gear with such contempt should be punished by having to listen to Luke Bryan :D

    cooking

Beef is expensive here , rib eye is getting on to $40/kg , fillet $50, where as a whole butterflied and seasoned chicken cost me $10. Pork is 1/2 the price of beef , and the Blue cod sells for close to $70/kg ..........yeah , it hurts to sit down after a lap round the supermarket . I...

    Hydraulic cylinder rebuild

Pin wrenches are one of them things that need to be reasonably stout , any flex will work against you , and you also need to clamp / hold the cylinder really well . You may be better off trying to crack that nut before removing cylinder , and get a bit of garden hose , 2-3 inches long ...

    Nobody fishing?

Mostly we heat them up somehow😂😂 , sorry. I always fillet them and take the skin off ,some peeps just cut a chunk of flesh out to remove pin bones but I usually pull them out with forceps . I prefer to crumb them and fry in real butter, also tempura batter (bit of corn flour to make it stick...
