    You make a great point about having a tiny plastic tool box with basic tools. A simple big ON/ OFF battery switch would be nice to have. It will disconnect everything that takes some electric power. Even when they are turned off.

    What could cause this

    Bosumate appears to be a saltwater boater. That motor may be severely loaded with salt deposits from the ocean. Bay of Islands, New Zealand.

    Flooded allows checking the water levels in ALL CELLS. That is a constant check of all cells. 1 cell becomes different ? Death is coming.

    Even a USCG bowrider with a maximum Hp motor. Mine Stil needs 2 props. 1 for only me doing WOT and turns. 1 for 6.... 200 pound seniors on a fast cruise to a picnic. I change props at the dock in 5 minutes.
