    Drive held pressure but still leaks out , water in

    The newer any item ? The shorter the lifespan of the parts. Just look at the warranties on MAJOR items. 1 year. The item is garbage !! Electrical items ? NO warranty. Or must be in RIGINAL Package ?????? You can not use a part. FInd it does not work. NO RETURNS

    Read post 1 again. Sure looks like torn apart flex cable or bushing has fallen off of the throttle shaft of the carb .

    Are any cable clamps missing on either end of the cables ? All 4 ends are normally CLAMPED in place to prevent your problem.

    Is the carburetor throttle shaft sticky ? Linkage AND spring both removed ?
