    Welcome What are the 2 hoses your talking about for draining? Only way to do that and be safe is put a heater in the boat. I'm on the KY/TN line and it gets cold enough at times to freeze things pretty solid.

    Welcome Looking at the vid it appears there was water or some other liquid inside the drive. If that is correct then pressure test is done incorrect, should be dry and only with air. Pressure should be no higher then 10 psi and lower is better Need to start with the manual for the drive...

    That should not happen The shift interrupter should "only" activate when in gear (F or R) and under load (in the water) when shifting into neutral
