    do a web search for CDI electronics trouble shooting guide. it will give you the basics on what and how to test the kill switch ground the spark voltages to stop the motor/spark. that is where I would start looking if you have good peak voltages out of the charge and pulser coils

    have any of you looked at the size of the tubing that the hose screws onto to put water into the motor? not much water can get thru there for cooling. it is fine to use it, but if you want to run the motor, also use muffs to add water and lube the pump

    also when putting a bucket under lower unit to run the motor, you need to be sure the water level is high enough to cover the water pump itself. Not just the water puck up screen. that pump has a hard time sucking on air to get the water up to it
