    Vibration in neutral and only when hard left or right, sure sounds like U joint to me. If 1 needle bearing in a cup fell out or was damaged during install this could happen. Guess it might be the engine coupler but that should be more visible.

    You checked it but most likely its the 90 amp fuse. Disconnect the battery and use a ohm meter across the fuse.

    Have not heard about if LED is on without jumper then there are codes. Either way 12 is all things are ok, so no need to clear. Should always see 12 unless there is a code fault

    Don't get ahead of your self. Your calculated numbers are coming from the 4B 21 props which are not very efficient and your lugging the motor. Get some numbers from the 3B 21 to use as a bench mark

    Serial number works. Don't see the manifold or elbow being part of the closed cooling system. The manifold shows a wing nut drain plug on bottom of Man and the Man to elbow gasket list 3863191 which are full flow gaskets So were back to the raw water pump...

    the bolts go into water jackets Either way the head has to come off so while things start coming apart you can see if its somewhere else. As I said "IF" it was running fine and then this happens its most likely the head gasket "IF" it was never run then maybe a crack

    If its been running fine until this happened then with low compression on the 2 cylinders I would say head gasket
