    Yes, new gaskets for sure. But you need to make your head flat again. Sand paper on a piece of glass or counter top piece. Has to be dead flat. Take your head and do figure eight motions on it. I use 220 wet but people seem to use all kinds of grits.

    High if it's salt water use and not flushed regularly. Pull off the head and water jacket and clean. Try the t-stat first maybe you will get lucky. Also, your motor might not even be running hot because your guessing. You'll get there.

    The T in the model number represent tiller. The make a tool that you put oil in and tap with a hammer but I haven't had any luck with them. If it hasn't been greased, and there is metal shavings in there than it will be tough. You will have to pull it apart.

    You said you saw exhaust out the water hole (TT) Exhaust should not come out there. Also, head does not look good to me. Pictures are before you cleaned the up I take it. You need to clean, inspect/flatten and reinstall a new gasket. Do you know how to resurface a head?

    Normal. Exhaust/water hole leaking years of oil residue that you loosened up with the seafoam you probably didn't need.

    Never did a compression check? Steam.... exhaust out TT? blown head gasket maybe?

    There is no miracle fuel additive that will fix it. If it was done before and you still have a problem than that points even more to replacing it. It's either your tank is decomposing or you are buying fuel that is no good. How big is the tank and it's aluminum I take it?

    Your sure that was the kill wire right? Almost sounds like a intermittent kill switch. Weird how it won't just die on its own.
