    Fuel problem. I would replace the fuel pump with an OEM one or better yet rebuild the vro.

    Before you by passed the vro I assume. Have you tried pumping the fuel line ball to see if it runs better? If so that would point to the Amazon fuel pump you bought.

    Yes, the kill switch serves two purposes. One, if you push it in it turns off the motor but it also has a little clip in it with a little string that you clip to your body.     Yes, the crank will need to be cleaned up because most likely it got scraped up with the old key...in fact to many times and it's unfixable. There is plenty of places online stuff about how to use compounds to clean it up. Sorry your running into so many problems.
