    Are you driving it on, or pulling it on with a rope? I would start by suggesting you leave 1 foot of the bunks above water. Trailer side guides would be my 2nd suggestion. A photo of your unloaded trailer might help with some ideas.

    Kill switch? is gas getting to the carb? Is gas getting to the cylinder? Do you have a good strong spark on each cylinder? Are you using the choke / primer/high idle lever? What is your starting procedure? compression readings?

    Welcome to iboats. Could be repaired, not easily. Could be patched if leaking is a concern. Worth it? That would be your decision. If I was worried about large amounts of water coming in, I would cover it with a thin coat of 3m 5200 and forget about it.

    Look for fuel system blockage. From the fuel pickup in the tank, the hose, the primer bulb, fuel pump screen, all the way to the carbs.
