    Mercury I6 Powerhead ID

OK, well my main motor is 8310, 115. Spare parts motor is 115 as well, but doubt there are many part I could use. The other almost complete motor, (missing solenoid and cdI) is a 90 as labeled, but is an external tilt pump model. Thanks for the help.

Difficulty loading stick steer aluminum boat

hard to tell how long the bunks are, Should be at least 8' long in my opinion. Is there room between the boat and the side guides> Perhaps you could move them in. Mount them on the inside edge of the trailer frame?

    Serial number not showing up

I get 1984. Definitely a year that they switched the serial number system. Chances are the 2 model years are almost identical. Most stores or websites will not have it listed as a 1984 model, but carefully comparing part numbers should get you what you need. 50 6542048 - A160939 1984 4 cyl...

    Serial number not showing up

Welcome to iboats. Gonna need a little more info. 3 cylinder, or 4 cylinder? Colors of stripes on top cowl? brown, blue, silver, black ? Could the "A" be a "9" ? Does it say 50, "classic", or "classic 45" ? Or "500" ?

    New trailer, different bunk measurements

Kind of hard to follow the photo, but.. Are these welded in place bunk supports? Any possibility that you could bolt a swiveling bunk bracket to them, so they conform to the hull shape? Will save you from having to get the angles and heights just perfect, and will give you some adjustability...

‘86 125 Force 2 cycle ran without oil

No, there is no oil tank or blending unit on that motor. Must mix 50:1. Depending on how much diluted fuel mix was run through the motor, it could be junk, or it could be fine. Are you feeling lucky? Getting the seller to let you open up the motor to inspect inside is gonna be tough. And what...

    Wire rope replacement

I was thinking to tie the cable around the wife when she was sitting on the lounger. Figured she had enough ballast to keep the cable tight. Good thing her swimsuit is green, or the grass stains would get her mad.

sparkplugs dot com recommended these. But they are not surface gap, and may or may not fit your motor. J11c https://www.sparkplugs.com/compareproducts Are you sure of that part number? Could it be UL17V ? UL17V appears to cross over to NGK 5526 BUHXW-1...
