    Don't know how it cracked, could be a defect or maybe got to hot. Don't see water from a crack manifold to blow a head gasket, but if a head gasket blows it can build enough heat to crack the manifold Same as above, if it gets hot enough maybe, or if the manifold was not torqued to spec, or...

    The motor sounds bad. I think its either was not rebuilt correctly. Rings not installed correctly, timing, rocker adjustment, I don't know. With a cylinder showing oil, maybe rings

    I don't know, but blowing a fuse means its pulling to much. The normal charge voltage at the battery is no more then about 14.5V

    Flush hoses on seawater pump and the crossover, remove thermostat. You should be good

    Meter connects to Negative side of coil and ground to measure dwell After timing is set and dwell correct, adjust carb if need be to meet spec

    Gray comes from Neg side of coil and goes to the Tach thru the 10 pin motor connector. In most cases, just disconnect from the Tach to verify its not the problem

    When pieces are found its best to back flush everything If the impeller is not moving water then it needs to be looked at and determine if it needs replacing Was the thermostat installed correctly?

    Yes gauges I have no idea what you have or don't have If gauges turn on, have 12V on coil but the issue is it won't crank then

    Don't see how that would happen Maybe the rotor didn't go all the way on. If it was just a tad to high, the distributor would turn, but the rotor may not, get hung up inside the cap. Check the rotor closer to see if something looks wrong

    Power comes from motor to ignition 20 amp fuse Fuse to key switch red/purple Key purple to kill switch Kill switch to gouges and back to the motor Having 12v on both sides of kill switch and no gouges means broken wire between the two. Hand trace the purple
