If you have 2 seals, I would recommend using the new style seals which are a double seal, part numbers:

In general accelerator pump and choke plate arms are adjusted by bending the arms/rods. Things like tangs are bent for certain idle stops and/or floats

It sounds like rod bearing until the rpms come up, then when the noise should get worst it starts going away. Post a vid of the motor just idling.
