    outdrive stuck

Yeah I put mine on wheels but fervently stub my toes on it. I bought mine for rebuilding the suspension and changing rear gears on my gto. Was right there when rebuilding jet pump on the seadoo and doing seals and bearings on my outdrive. For all the work you do it’s worth it.

Alpha One Gen 2 Drive Shaft

That may be but the pre 98 and up gen 2 drive use a diff part number for the bearing pack in input yoke than the earlier ones. so hard to say if the earlier driveshaft fits the later or vice versa. possible it may fit but not sure why not just replace the u joints.

Alpha One Gen 2 Drive Shaft

I think this is when they changed the input shaft bearing set up from tighten nut to torque to to the rolling torque so would suspect the inout yoke bearings are different. this is an addition to u joints being different - inside vs outside retaining rings. as bt dr wrote what’s wrong with it...

A 19” is a good general starting point. You can contact hurricane if they spec’ed a prop but often times the dealer is the one putting the prop on. more importantly are you getting into proper wot range and are you looking to change performance ? The stock prop is set up for good overall...

    Hole shot

Try a 16” 4 blade vortex. That is what I used to run for skiing on my old boat. 16” for skiing, 18” for everything else. Worked well and was relatively inexpensive . You will hit rev limiter based on your numbers so when not skiing you have to watch the throttle .
