    How are you testing spark? It should jump a 7/16 air gap easily. Get the manual and start testing. The parts cannon gets expensive. I would guess your problem is in the switch box.

    You will need an adaptor. I believe the 94 is a red plug and your 97 has automotive style plugs. CDI makes the adaptor.

    Chances of finding a prop for that motor is going to be some slim. Treat that one like gold replacements will be hard to find.

    What is your compression? Spark jump a 1/2" gap? Carb kit is 1395-9761 1 manual should be available call a dealer.

    No it doesnt. There are accelerator pumps on the bottom 2 carbs that can leak.

    You have a fuel issue. There should be no fuel in the bottom 2 cylinders for starting. The was a service bulletin for those motors. So the ones you gap should work fine. A spark plug should not cause hole shot issues.

    Did you soak the carb? Spark on both cylinders? Compression is fine at 90 psi

    That is wrong. Both those props have a rubber hub.

    One question did you replace the pulse limiter with a new one? A bad pulse limiter will shorten the life significantly.
