    Windows 10 help needed

Last week I upgraded my Dell e6500 to Windows 10 and I'm slowly getting things tweaked to the way I want them to be. Everything is legit and activated. Yesterday I installed MS Office 2016 and this morning I started to configure Outlook and was going through the process when an Account Setup...

I have returned... with a Starcraft this time!

The good news is that the KF is fixed and back to normal! We went out for testing this morning and the test period lasted maybe 5 minutes. The boat was good to go, so we wet our lines. 🎣 My wife and the boy caught bluegill and I hooked a couple small bass which came off at the boat. My...

I have returned... with a Starcraft this time!

Could be, but it's the first time in 35 years of using a boat for fishing that it's happened to me. It was quite a bummer. ☹️

Back on the water, catching fish

Finally got the bugs out of our Starcraft Kingfisher and went fishing this morning. 🎣 My wife and the boy caught bluegill and I hooked a couple small bass which came off at the boat. My shoulders have been killing me for well over a month and I simply couldn't get a proper hookset. 😖 But...

    Some good stuff happening

Here's the garage this morning. Getting there... And I did get that left channel Bose 301 speaker repaired. I only have 2 large clamps, so a ratchet strap was called into duty. So our tunes are now back to normal! I'm considering getting a subwoofer too! 🤔🤣🎵🥁

I have returned... with a Starcraft this time!

And my wife was kind enough to repaint the damaged letters on the KF for me. :)

I have returned... with a Starcraft this time!

I was going to update this thread with a long sob story about the KF travails that have been happening which were my fault, but I'll try to keep it short. I messed up and destroyed the fuel hose connector where it mates to the engine. Bought a new one plus a quick disconnect for the fuel tank...

    Some good stuff happening

Hi all, we're back and doing fine! 😁 Eta turned out to be a fizzle. We over-prepared but I don't mind. Better safe than sorry. I went through Charlie back in 2004 and that was bad. Then came Frances and Jean. Ugh! The night before the storm, the boy and I had managed to get the garage...

Getting back to where i was, boating, fishing, retired ish TX now :)

I can no longer fish alone. But that was my usual method for decades. Going with a close friend or two was always a special treat. 🎣 😎

Yessir, I'm really liking the new software. Good job to the iBoats crew! (y)

    Forum update

I always mark the forum read. Then when I return, the new posts are bolded. I simply click on the thread title and it jumps me to my last read post. I haven't tried it by switching devices though, so if you're going from using your phone and then later going to your computer, it might be...

Man, that is my favorite. Been too long for me again. We haven't had the boat out in quite awhile. Dealing with busted stuff, neglected stuff and dirty stuff. And now when things are finally turning around, the weather isn't cooperating. Ugh. But, we'll get back out there soon. And...

    Am I crazy

Maybe put some sound deadening material in the motor cowling? Like Dynamat or something?

    Cutting cable TV

You're absolutely right. Spectrum advertises their internet service for $49.99 but when I cut my TV service, my price turned out to actually be $74.99 because I'm an existing customer. That being said, I did save $125/mo by dropping my Spectrum TV service and going with internet only plus...

    Cutting cable TV

It's interesting timing that this thread popped back up today. I cut the TV service almost a month ago and as of now, I'm probably going to go back to Spectrum TV. SlingTV absolutely sucks!
