    Check the plug wires. Is the base gasket of the carb on right? Did you check to make sure the primer is squirting? As that motor does not have a choke.

    Have you checked spark jumps a 1/4" air gap? Have you tried spraying a fuel mix into the carb? Choke working?

    First thing to do is a compression and spark test. Personally I would sell the motor for parts and buy a carbed 2 strk for it. People can tell your to fix it all they want ,but that motor went obsolete within 5 yrs of being produced. 20 yrs later fixing that motor is a fools errand

    Your peehole is perfectly normal. You will not have a full flow on that motor until the thermostat opens. That motor does not have a head gasket. When you prime the fuel bulb do you smell fuel? Is fuel running out of the motor anywhere? Is the arrow on the primer facing the motor?
