    I have seen and had..... a lot worse. file the prop equally as possible and use it as a spare . you need two anyway and a wrench in the tool box check for any new.. stange vibrations if none you are probably OK always keep unlocked cruising...... locked up for travel...

    Primer bulb does get real hard. could be carb issue or bad hose pump valve.. normally one can feel the pump getting stiff when the carb floats closes up on a full carb.

    if rusty splines.... some do try to flip the engine up side down and trickle some release agent down the drive shaft...if you can access it via small space . make certain all the bolts are out! let it soak a few days apply enough lubricant to reach the PH or tell your friend you...

    E10RNCS running/starting issues

    if it is a OEM fuel plug and won't clip securely try bending the locking lip out a bit.... so it catches the locking ring as long as fuel is properly pulled from the tank with no air it should be ok
