    Year is irrelevant. Actual model is what we need. For that year, it could be either a 2 or 4 stroke. Are the battery cables reversed by accident? That will blow the fuse for sure.

    Year is irrelevant. I suppose your model is MFS20E. Never do just the impeller; always do a complete kit. Yes, they are out of stock, but they last at least 3 years if reasonably cared for. Why do you need one. I never use aftermarket wp kits ever.

    They are EFI. They are under warranty for one year for commercial use, so see your dealer. (s)he can plug into the harness with a laptop and see if there are any issues logged in the ECU.

    Clearly your valves are seating. No need to lap them. I would reassemble, do a Proper carb cleaning, and then decarbon spray after it's running better.
