    looking on you tube that motor should come out reasonably easy , the hull has a recess to allow the motor to almost lift strait up. with a bit of wiggling and spinning it should come up with a over head gantry without much disassembly.

    how did you clean the TB ?. check voltage out put when running then check again as you ease on the throttle , if voltage drops or spikes intermittently then the regulator/rectifier is damaged.(possibly ECU). running or trying to run to often like this will fry the ECU , that you don't want $$$...

    year of motor ? , possibly a hydraulic lifter not quite up to par. if non adjustable it will need replacing or just live with it. if however you have an adjustable lifter motor you may get away with a valve lash adjustment.
