    Had you just charged it when you were Spinning the motor? Have you done the other tests. Could be corroded wires, bad soloniod or bad starter. You need it to spin up correctly to get a good compression reading. If your compression numbers stay where there at you might think about get rid of it...

    What's your battery voltage at the battery.....then voltage at the battery side of your soloniod? Then while cranking the battery, what is your voltage at the starter side of your soloniod?

    Seals are probably leaking a hair. Ignore, clean or rebuild the primer.

    I had a problem with my last one and it had to do with the nut tension or something. When you had it off did you look to see if the pawls were coming out instantly? Sorry I forgot what I did but it fixed that.

    I to vote that your wasting your time. When they get that stuck even if you get them out they ruin the crankcase splines. I've tried about ten and only saved one. Good luck.

    I couldn't quite follow your problem but when most people report back firing it's because they have the wrong wires going to the spark plugs. Recheck your wiring.

    When your working on it while off, doing say throttle linkage adjustments, always take the throttle back down before shifting it back to nutruel. Shouldn't jam up anymore.
