    Rivers & Open Sea

Glad you took the humor well and welcome, but your talking about two extremely different environments. The Vikings were pretty good at getting inland but the channel can be brutal. My best thought would be a strong boat that floats like a seagull.

    Dead rise question

I have a 220 signature and it is a tank. weighs 4000 lbs dry. I'm just getting used to it. (just got it running a month ago).. I don't get large waves on the lake I'm on unless it's wake from other boats but it handles the chop pretty well. It has a decent running 5.7 in it and in my opinion...

    My boat sank, part II

Maybe you could use a trash pump to dig it out? At least a hole for the drive so you could start it. Best of luck man, Finding a trash pump in NOLA would probably be very hard at the moment..

A couple of months ago I converted to an electric fuel pump and removed that hose and if I remember it connected to a small brass fitting that is pressed into the carb body just below the top edge of the carb.
