    There is a little plastic clip that goes in the end of the tiller handel. It's also the kill switch. If that clip is in and you have good spark, then everything is working correctly. Parts 49c

    Did you buy them that way or did it just start happening? The most common thing of it happens to two motors at once would be fuel but you seem to have address that. What did your mechanics say?

    Retest compression with different tester.

    Not that it matters but that is an 1988 not a 1989. Your knob is still missing, did you plug all the lines coming and going from the primer? Those were excellent running motors but if you have bad compression or bad spark or fuel issues it's not going to run.

    That's a lot of questions. When transporting, you can set it anyway you want. Take a picture of the front and the id tag and post.

    100 or better. Seen them run at 90 or so and I purchased a late 80s one once and it tested at 140....basically new. Hopefully there fairly even.

    Probably limp mode or slow mode from a failed temp sensor or it's over heating. Lots of posts on this so you should get more opinions.
