    measure the boot to frame ohms in the slow/idle position of the throttle keep measuring the ohms as you rotate the trhottle and the mag plate truns all the way to fast.... ohms should be rock solid all the way from idle to fast did you change any condensers or coils clean the...

    it happens :-( concentrate on the bad plug...cct. the other one works ! could be condensers ( hard to test without a high voltage test box... VOM tests are not conclusive unless a solid short exists. did you swap wires to the bad plug why not install all new cooper core wires...

    if you have air pressure loss use soapy water spray bottle and find the leak . check for bubbles ...... like checking a inner tube flat :-) on a bike vacum loss may be stopped with a temporary coating of grease on suspect junctions or tightly wrap in cellophane wrap on easy access...

    drop the GC remove pump cover replace impleller ...bit of sop or greas to slide it in the pump housing turning clockwise looking down take care not to pull out the drive shaft !! ... slide the pump cover up & past the o ring on top reverse procedure to install...

    when a new load of fuel enters the cyl. on the downstroke.. that fuel entering the cyl pushes the burnt fuel oil mix out the exhaust ports. unfortunately the ports being opned during that time will also permit a % of freah fresh fuel oil mix to take the same way out the exhaust...
