Just thought I'd share a nice photo.

As you can see, Moonlight is pretty much the same Temperature as Sunlight, and given enough Exposure, it will look like a Daylight shot, except for the Sky being a bit wonky, with stars being visible. Much harder to do with Film as Reciprocity Failure creeps into the equation, and...

As Lou Grant said. "I don't like Snow. I don't like its Colour, I don't like its Texture, I don't like its Temperature. I HATE Snow!" Myself, I don't like Heat very much. Anything above 24 degrees(75F) is way too Hot. I have the AC running as soon as the Snow Melts

    Carburetor tuning on muffs

Examine the Crankcase Seam, any signs of Fuel/Oil leaking? Any blowback from the Carb when engine is running? What are the Compression Numbers, Again? If all 3 are almost Identical, I would try a different Gauge. Something is not adding up.

Good Road for after having a few too many Wobble Pops, unless of course, your Sync isn't Linked... Nice shot, has good Depth to it, making it look more than just a 2D pic

I can set the Cruise Control, sit back and read a Book, or if driving the Motorhome, get up and go get something from the Fridge

Shot these a few hours ago. Hand Held, no Tripod, no Vibration Reduction, or AF, in the 32 yr old Lens.

    Upgrades to old alluminum boat

Aluminium Hull, and a Glass Cap. As mention above, and more HP. It really isn't big enough to be putting anything that allows for Fishing while standing, unless of course you want to go swinging too. Seats, but that may require a Floor being added

Lots like that at Lake Mead. Not as good of shape though. I suddenly hear in my ears "The ship set ground on the shore Of this uncharted desert isle"

What is this on the transom?

As long it is glued, as in Epoxied, to the Hull with no air gaps, it will likely work. How it would compare to a conventional mounting on the Transom? Likely far less Range. Mounting it forward the Transom, only provides any readings if that part of the Hull isn't out of the Water. There is no...

    5.7 VORTEC /EDELBROCK CARB QUESTION

That hose went to the Bottom of the Fuel Pump, to reroute any fuel leakage from a ruptured Diaphragm in the Fuel Pump. On a car, if that Diaphragm ruptures, the gas pours on the ground, and while there is a Risk of Fire, it is less dangerous than in a Boat, where the fuel would remain in the...

    5.0gi TBI to Carb

That Edelbrock looks very close, to the Intake that is on my VP5.7. It is a very well designed Intake. The runners look similar the runners on the 1970 LT1 Intake and can flow quite well

If your engine has a 4bbl Intake, Volvo likely used one that accept Spreadbore Carbs as well as Squarebore My fave carb for Marine engines up to and including 454s https://www.holley.com/products/marine_and_powersports/marine/marine_carburetors/parts/0-80552 However a 5 liter spinning 5200 rpm...

correct prop for 74 mercruiser 140hp

I wouldn't say 'corrected', informed is more appropriate. However, it is important to have the information of any engine you own. I really don't understand how New Boat Owners lose the Operator Manuals the boat/engine comes with. Engines should have something Permanently attached to them that...
