    With differences mentioned above, the XR2 had a Fatter Power curve in the midrange, resulting in greater Acceleration. Both the regular 150 and the XR2 put out 150hp at their rated rpm, the XR2 just burning a bit more fuel doing so

    Both engines show as 1993, so I know of no reason it shouldn't fit as they should be the exact same lower unit. Of course you could just be buying a another pile of junk

    The ramp where I routinely launch is technically 4 lanes wide, but 5 can actually fit, but most drivers are only skilled enough to do 2, sometimes 3 on at the same time.

    Searching thru my old OMC catalogs, I can only find Connectors for the Pulley-Clothesline Systems. I have actually only ever seen the P-C systems used on those engine. I also checked Land&Sea for something, but nothing I see you engine has the Trailering Lock, on port Transom Bracket.

    They also exaggerate trimming of the engine in, which can be dangerous as it can cause the Bow to be forced too low, and then acting as a Pivot Point when the engine is pivoted to steer, when on plane. Many boats have went out of control when operated in this configuration

    If you made your own Lane, I can understand why people were Pissed at you. If the lanes were designed to have a wide gap between them, it was for reasons of Safety, If you had hit someone standing between the lanes, you likely would be facing Criminal Negligence Charges, not to mention Civil Suits.
