    Something is wrong here.-----Packing washers and proper tightening has always kept those needles from wandering.

    And they also discovered that the ---" sleek pointy nose " -----Was not faster.-----The small hub 9 1/4" was developed for those 88 / 90 HP V-4 inboard 2 strokes.----Very fast turning prop compared to today.

    The absolute first thing to do is a compression test.-----Post your numbers.----These motors are famous ( in my area ) for broken piston rings.

    Simple-----I did not know that you had a charged battery that was tested.------Many modern motors need to spin the flywheel at 250 RPM for the magneto to produce a spark.----You have replaced many $$$ parts and some orderly trouble shooting needs to be done on your part.

    Charge battery.----Have battery load tested.-----Take starter apart for inspection and ohm test on armature.

    Most motors have these drain holes.----Makes sure that cavities do not freeze in cold climates.----And yes the oil mixed with the gasoline can leak out of them at times.----Just normal 2 stroke operation !
