    I think 10 liters / hr is too much.----Start engine.-----Turn each low speed screw all the way in and report if engine responds in any way to that adjustment.

    ??----I believe you misunderstand the concept of opening the low speed mixture needles.-----I can not believe the lack of understanding in how 2 stroke engines operate.-----Opening the low speed mixture needles does not increase the risk of engine damage in any way.

    Open low speed mixture needles 1/8th turn at a time and test run.----Likely the bog will go away.

    Follow the manual to get back to factory settings.----Do NOT deviate from factory maximum timing advance.

    You can not go full throttle with the warm up lever.-----Disconnect throttle lever at the motor.---Can you then get full the throttle plates fully open by moving the lever.

    When head is off you will see why there is low compression.------And those SELOC manuals are best used in the wee house with the 1/4 moon in the door !!

    Green wire going to the correct set of points?-----Plug wires screwed into the coils ?------Coil air gap correctly set.

    1979 Evinrude 2 hp 2902A torque specs

    The 1/4-20NC bolts are 80 inch-lbs.------Connecting rod screws are 50 inch-lbs------Careful with those little pricy lock plates.-----I re-use them simply because of cost of new ones.
