    Its an alpha gen 1...its a captured washer held down by a philips screw on one of the 6 mounting holes, the other 5 just have thick washers.

    Not sure what to call it..its a quad ring about the diameter of a pencil, it sits in the oil tranfer hole between upper and lower.

    Dont need the entire housing, just the impeller & gaskets, I lost the little seal for the gear lube transfer hole & hope it comes in the impeller kit, if need be I'll replace entire housing. Anyhow.....can anyone help be posting a part number or link to gen1 kit all Im seeing are gen2 uggh.thanks

    Battery ignition distributor cap on top, the points seem to burn little crater like divots.

    I've searched and surfed the internet for info to covert points to electronic like pertronix, 67 4cyl dual point. It seems to go through alot of points like every year. Anyone have a source or a link they can share?

    Yes... tags glued to back of head read void warranty if removed, it is a rebuild.

    Took that prop with me to work & used the blast cabinet and cleaned up the hub and the number is legible...turns oit its a 14.5 × 17 now the rpm & speed make sense!

    No its just blending in with the rusty washer, if look closer its flipped forward, I had to look hard to see it I knew it was there!
