    They are called swivel plates You will find them in the parts lists on this site but it appears that they are not available for the later models which have two clamp screws but are available for older models with only one clamp screw.

    Sounds like a spun prop hub Put a dab of paint on the prop in line with the head of the prop nut retaining pin. Go for a quick trip and power up until it slips.     Check the joint between the upper and lower shift rods. They should both be inserted into the clamp ( and almost touch each other in the middle) so that the clamping bolts are located in the cutouts One (or possibly both) of your shift rods is not located correctly in the clamp.
