    I`m winterizing my 06 tahoe 5.0. Everything is going fine, but I`m not sure about draining the cooling system. I have found 3 blue capped drains so far and some just open and drain these.     drain plugs on 06 Tahoe merc 5.0

    When you guys talk about removing all the drain plugs for winterizing, are you talking about the 2 metal ones on the bottom side of the manifolds left and right side also. I`ve counted 3 blue plastic plugs and 4 (2 each side) brass plugs under manifolds. I don`t want to miss any. Thanks

    I`m thinking about buying a new prop for my Tahoe Q6 for next season. I`ve decided on a 19 pitch but noticed the solas amitas has a 14.5 inch and a 15 and 3/10`s" size. What would the difference in prop size mean? It`ll be driving a 5.0 .

    Just a quick question about storing boats. When you drop off at storage, do you keep the outdrive at full up position on I/O`s? What about long driving trips? Do you use some sort of supporting device to the outdrive, or just tilt full up and go?;)
