    Just checked the world wide chart here.----Yes , you can go between the islands.----I myself would not go through the islands at 25 mph.----You would miss all the scenery !

    He stated coils were replaced !!---He states spark jumps a gap of 3/8"-----Hard to get spark at the wrong time on these simple magnetos.-----Carburetor work needs a revisit.----Reed valves need to be inspected.-----Any sign that this motor was completely torn down by a previous owner ??

    Remove cover off the terminal strip.----Post picture off the cover and the terminal strip.

    When piston comes down it compresses the new fuel charge in the crankcase.-----When piston is fully down the fresh charge rushes into the cylinder ----It is compressed when piston goes up in the cylinder.-----Many videos on U-TUBE explain this concept,--Some better than others.----See post #17...

    Filer bowl level DOES NOT change when motor starts.-----Remove the lower carburetor needle.-----Operate primer on the pressure tank.-----Does fuel flow out of the carburetor bowl , yes or no ?

    You have spark.-----You have compression.----So need to look into CRANKCASE compression.----Need to revisit carburetor work.-----I have a couple of these green motors for parts.-----Would be an easy fix here !

    Those valves can be locked by a " high pressure event " so I believe it will work well again.

    No----When it is fully retracted those arrows must line up.-----Look for / find one arrow on housing and the sheave.----Remove handle to shorten rope if need be.

    Is there a glass bowl under the carburetor?----Is there a filter in there ?----Are the 2 hoses hooked up correctly.-----------I can not see or touch your motor.-----But I know those motors inside / out.

    The sheave on the recoil is elliptical.-----The rope length must the correct to line up the arrows.
