New Gimbal bearing won’t take grease

If the holes didn't align right, there would be no grease going in past the ring...he is getting grease past the ring.

New Gimbal bearing won’t take grease

If grease is coming out on the inner ring, you installed it correctly. I agree you need to rotate while greasing.

2015 Sun Tracker 22 party barge trailer tire size

I have the exact same boat and trailer. It is not with me right now but I am pretty sure its a 175/80/13 Even the load ranges C or D have a ton of margin. No need to do a load range E. That boat often sits on a single axle trailer with the same tires.

Volvo Penta 5.7Gi Closed Cooling Question

Those numbers are lower than mine are with a 7.4L engine. You do need to see what they are after running under load. BTW, with an IR thermometer, you want to be really close to the thing you are measuring the temp of. They have quite a wide angle so if you are too far away, you are getting an...

New bearings: too much movement on spindle

The one side that goes against the piston would normally have a spring clip on the back side of the pad which holds it to the piston. Looks like yours is rusted away. What does the other side of the caliper look like. It almost looks like a dexter caliper. If it is, it would say on it.

    2007 Gxi-G 5.0 Rough Idle Issue

LOL Likewise. The fuel pump assembly fails. Instead of dumping fuel into the bilge, it sends the fuel to the TB assembly through a hose so the engine will burn it instead.
